At Hale Muʻu.muʻu, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If you need to make an exchange, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your purchase. We’re happy to offer an exchange for a different size, style, or product, or provide store credit for the value of your original item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached to qualify for an exchange.

To request an exchange, include the size, color, or description of the item you’d like to receive, and we’ll do our best to reserve it for you while we process your request. Exchanges will only be completed once we’ve received the original item and verified its condition.

Store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item, excluding shipping costs. Please note that we do not offer refunds, only exchanges or store credit.

Hale Muʻu.muʻu does not cover return shipping costs. Please include a prepaid, self-addressed envelope large enough to fit your exchange item with your returned merchandise.
